Career Compass Newsletter

I managed and optimized Tallo’s weekly Career Compass newsletter, driving consistent engagement across a rapidly growing audience of 80K+ users. Over the past year, I developed scalable content and engagement strategies. Elements included modular newsletter design and interactive polls—that improved deliverability, increased click engagement, and strengthened long-term audience retention.

Advanced eClinical Training

A 3-part nurture email sequence was sent on behalf of Advanced eClinical. The series guided healthcare-interested students from career exploration to enrollment consideration. Through email marketing, I helped drive enrollments for a high-cost program. Key factors to the success included lifecycle strategy, audience segmentation, conversion-focused messaging, and creating trust-building content.

The optimized multi-email onboarding journey reached 135K+ new users, using a lifecycle strategy, conversion-focused copy, and engagement-driven UX to introduce Tallo’s core features. I focused on audience intent, retention, and scalable automation to drive consistent user interaction across the onboarding experience.

Scholarships Feature

I developed and executed a product-launch email campaign promoting Tallo’s redesigned scholarship search experience. The main focus was audience segmentation, benefit-driven messaging, mobile-first design, and conversion-focused copywriting. As a result, there was above-average click engagement and an increase in user interaction with scholarship discovery tools.
